Facility Usage Booking Regulations

  • The user must pay for all damages arising from the use of the premises including damages to the building, fIxture, furniture, and etc.
  • The user must vacate the premises by the time indicated.
  • The user is responsible for the prompt removal of all equipment and utensils brought in for the function.
  • The user must leave the premises in a reasonably clean condition.
  • Violence and rowdyism of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • All exits must be free from obstruction.
  • The kitchen can be used only for warming up foodstuff.
  • A deposit must be made to cover damages. Deposit will be refunded if no damage is found and when the facility is left with clean condition.
  • The serving of food in the prayer hall area is strictly prohibited.
  • Alcoholic beverages must not be brought in, or consumed on any part of the building or property.
  • NO SMOKING is permitted.
  • The use of illegal drugs of any kind is prohibited on the property.
  • MIA will not be held responsible for personal injury or damages, or for loss or theft of any articles or equipment of the user, or anyone attending the function of the user.
  • MIA reserves the right to cancel or alter a Permit at anytime.
  • MIA reserves the right to eject anyone who does not abide by the regulations.
