Food Bank: Request Form - Manitoba Islamic Association

We are sorry to announce that our grant funding for the food bank program has finished.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to continue the food program any longer.

All food bank services in the coming months will be vouchers (gift cards) for Halal meat only.
The amount of assistance for each applicant depends on the number of family members (that their names are on the same health card).

Registration for the Food Program is available the 20th of each month until the limit is reached.

Please complete the online application during these dates one time only per month. You will be notified via email or phone call for your pick up date, time and preferred location. Please bring your Health Card with you at time of pick-up to confirm your family size. If you were unable to pick up during your allotted time, you are welcome to reapply next month.

Applicants will be notified of their date, time, and preferred pick-up location, (between the Grand Mosque and MIA Connections).
